Process Engineer

Based at our plant : Oradea

Job description:

• Manages the installation of new equipment in relation with the central industrialization team

• Workflow optimization

• Optimization of production time

• Cost reduction

• Implementation of visual management

• Problem solving

• Continuous improvement of the production process

• Presence and support on the production line, for the construction of serial references.

• Sets up production equipment for the production of samples

• Defines spare parts, tooling and everything necessary for the production process in collaboration with other departments.

• Run, test and update systems and processes

• Provides process documentation and operating instructions in line with SES standards required for production

• Instructs operators on proper use of equipment and standards

• Evaluates processes, takes action and interprets data

• Designs, sets up and monitors production equipment

• Provides technical input into the design work of the development team.

Qualifications :

• Technical degree.

• Experience in the field of automotive not a must but is an advantage

Skills and qualities :

• Knowledge about AUTOCAD, PFMA,

• Experience in risk assessment (FMEA process) not a must but is an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of English.

• Team work skills
