We are hiring our next:
Maintenance Manager
Based at our plant : ORADEA
· Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives based on the company's values and vision.
· Supervises and leads all maintenance processes and operations.
· Organizes and manages the daily activities of the maintenance team, including troubleshooting, preventive and periodic maintenance, machine overhauls, and other technical issues.
· Organizes and manages procurement activities related to maintenance and facilities and oversees the technical materials warehouse, ensuring the availability and identification of spare parts required for equipment maintenance and refurbishment.
· Supervises, together with the team, the definition of spare parts requirements and ensures that team members monitor stock levels and place the necessary orders.
· Ensures that the spare parts warehouse (electrical/mechanical) is properly organized by the team and that inventory records are continuously updated.
· Provides support in identifying technical issues and collaborates with the team to propose and implement corrective and improvement solutions.
· Develops the maintenance plan together with the team and submits it to the Plant Manager for approval.
· Proposes and implements modern preventive and predictive maintenance concepts within the plant.
· Monitors the maintenance process, takes immediate corrective actions to address identified deficiencies, and makes recommendations for increasing process efficiency.
· Develops and improves maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
· Participates in and leads equipment installation projects.
· Manages building maintenance activities.
· Inspires and leads both the team and external suppliers to achieve challenging objectives related to cost, schedule, compliance, and quality standards.
· Responsible for coordinating Maintenance teams.
Qualifications :
Languages: English (written and spoken)
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing principles
Skills and Qualities:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop maintenance teams.
Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage contractors and external service providers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize activities effectively
